Board of Innovation hired me to help the organization in its crucial rebranding process, and take a leading role in the implementation of the new brand across all company’s activities and touchpoints.
After rapid growth in 2020, the firm sought to clarify its brand position, shifting from an innovation facilitation company to a full-fledged global innovation consultancy. This brand refresh was developed in collaboration with DesignStudio, resulting in a new strategic positioning and a visual language that captured BOI’s new direction: Make what life needs next.
I was brought in during the final phases of the collaboration with DesignStudio to oversee the transition between the brand definition and its implementation. As Senior Graphic Designer, I led Board of Innovation rebranding implementation by overseeing the redesign of all main touchpoints and visual assets, while also championing brand adoption across the organization. This included managing a small team of designers, running workshops, coaching teams, and supervising materials to ensure brand integrity. Additionally, I consulted on design and research projects across all continents, contributing directly to BOI’s mission of delivering impactful innovation.
Once the rebranding was complete, I designed BOI’s key marketing campaigns for the following year.

DesignStudio provided a rich brand manual and plenty of applications examples. Part of my work was to build on the creative direction set, expand, implement and systematize the brand identiy system. This page will focus on materials designed by me, but will contain also several designs created originally by DS.
